Carpenter Superintendent III; Locksmith

Responsibilities

Provides locksmithing services within assigned area of responsibility (AOR). Ensures that work orders are completed in a timely manner. Performs related manual and administrative tasks as required.

Installs, maintains, and repairs all door and safe lock components. Provides 24/7 locksmith services in the AASAB and JSSD‑K areas. Must have experience with Simplex, ISEO, Schlage, Master, and Kwikset lock systems. Must be Registered GSA Certified Locksmith. Must work with Keystone or other current/equivalent software. Position may be located in a wide variety of environments, from conventional indoor office workspace to project worksites with harsh, working and living conditions.

• High school diploma / GED equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1‑3 years related experience
• Registered GSA Certified Locksmith
• Experience with Simplex, ISEO, Schlage, Master, and Kwikset lock systems
• Computer skills – proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, or specialized applications
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at the intermediate level
• U.S. Citizenship (or authorized work status)
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located
