AC Maintenance Technician – DX Units Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on DX units, package units, split ACs, rooftop units, and similar equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults such as compressors, fans, belts, bearings, and refrigerant leaks.
• Diagnose and resolve control system faults including thermostats, pressure switches, contractors, relays, control wiring, and PCBs.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Carry out refrigerant recovery, evacuation, recharging, and brazing per safety standards.
• Use multimeters, clamp meters, pressure gauges, and recovery machines.
• Coordinate with the service supervisor for breakdowns and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain service logs and report recurring issues.

• 3-5 years of experience in the same field.
• Good communication skills with clients and team members.
• Basic Arabic speaking ability.
• Valid Kuwait transferrable visa and Kuwait driving license.
• Ability to join immediately and work flexible timings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills—mechanical or control.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Attention to safety (electrical and refrigerant handling).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
