Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation of ducting systems ensuring adherence to blueprints specifications and safety regulations for optimal performance
- Coordinate and supervise a team of duct installers providing clear instructions assigning tasks and monitoring progress to maintain project timelines
- Conduct regular inspections of ductwork installations identifying and rectifying any defects or non-compliance issues promptly
- Manage the ordering and inventory of ducting materials tools and equipment to ensure sufficient supplies and minimize downtime
- High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Relevant trade certifications in duct installation or HVAC, showcasing formal training and competence.
- Proven experience in the HVAC or construction industry, providing practical knowledge and understanding.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ductwork installation, highlighting a deep understanding of the trade.
