The Painter will be responsible for painting walls, ceilings, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces in residential and commercial buildings. The role requires the ability to match colors accurately; it also involves using a variety of tools such as brushes, rollers, airless sprayers, and other paint application equipment. The Painter must be able to read blueprints/specifications for the job at hand and follow instructions accurately.

Attention to detail is key as the Painter must ensure that all surfaces are clean before painting them. Other duties may include filling cracks/holes with spackling or plastering materials; sanding surfaces; applying primer; taping off areas; covering floors/furniture; mixing paints; cleaning up after painting has been completed; etc.

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of experience as a Painter
• Proficient in using various tools such as brushes, rollers, airless sprayers etc
• Ability to mix colors accurately and read blueprints/specifications
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
