The successful candidate should have excellent technical skills in woodworking and carpentry, as well as an eye for detail and creative problem solving.

• designing carpentry pieces based on customer specifications
• constructing furniture such as cabinets, shelves, tables, chairs
• installing laminate flooring
• fitting doors
• assembling furniture pieces
• sanding surfaces
• painting or staining woodwork
• completing projects on time and within budget constraints

• experience with woodworking tools such as saws, drills, routers etc.
• knowledge of different types of woods
• ability to read blueprints or sketches
• excellent problem solving skills
• great attention to detail
• excellent communication skills
• ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects or perform repetitive tasks
