Handyman - Maintenance Assistant (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are a leading property management company based in Al-Kuwait and we are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is handy, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with their hands.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
• Maintain inventory of tools and equipment and ensure they are properly maintained.
• Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or installations.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.

• Indian national preferred.
• No English language skills required.
• Prior experience as a handyman or in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work without accommodation provided by the company.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.
