- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
- Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks and waste and drainage systems
- Diagnose problems related to plumbing systems, identify appropriate solutions and ensure quality of work
- Install valves, pipes, fixtures and other plumbing items according to specifications
- Inspect drainage systems for blockages and repair or replace defective components as necessary
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations related to all installations and repairs
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a plumber in a similar role
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local codes related to plumbing installations/repairs/maintenance
- Physical flexibility (ability to work in cramped spaces)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
