Meineke is seeking an experienced A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician in Kyle, TX. This position offers $35–$50 per flagged hour, a $750 weekly guarantee, productivity incentives, and earning potential up to $100,000 annually. Technicians can focus on diagnostics and repairs without being responsible for parts ordering, estimate writing, or service advising duties. The shop also emphasizes ongoing training and work-life balance.

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles.
• Perform strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting work.
• Complete accurate Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs).
• Handle assigned repairs from start to finish.
• Maintain flat-rate productivity while delivering quality workmanship.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with the service team.
• Focus on vehicle diagnostics and repairs without responsibility for ordering parts, writing estimates, or performing service advising duties.

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• A-Level or strong B-Level automotive technician skill set.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proven ability to consistently flag hours and maintain productivity.
• Experience working on domestic and import vehicles.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Tekmetric experience is a plus.

• $35–$50 per flagged hour based on experience, skill level, and productivity.
• $750 per week guaranteed.
