Qualifications- Orthodontic experience required.
- Leadership and management experience required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Oversee daily office operations.
- Lead and support front and back office teams.
- Help drive office performance and patient satisfaction.
- Support training, coaching, and team development.
- Maintain a positive and professional office environment.
