Dental Hygienist - PART TIME

Pay: $45 to $55 per hour
Schedule: Part Time – Wednesday to Friday

• You are not expected to feel alone clinically. We support both assisted and unassisted hygiene based on what helps you work best.
• We actually build time into the schedule for quality care, not just volume.
• New grads are welcomed and mentored, not just "trained and thrown in".
• Providers and hygiene work as a team, not separate tracks.
• You will see a mix of routine and more complex patient needs, not just repetitive cleanings all day.

• Trust to run your column and focus on doing solid clinical work.
• Deliver thorough preventive hygiene care (scaling, polishing, periodontal maintenance).
• Take X‑rays and iTero scans as needed.
• Spot early signs of periodontal disease, decay, and oral health issues.
• Educate patients in a way that actually sticks, not rushed scripts.
• Collaborate with doctors on treatment planning when needed.
• Keep accurate, clean clinical documentation.
• Maintain strict infection control standards.

• Licensed RDH in Texas.
• Strong clinical foundation or eagerness to build it quickly.
• Someone who actually enjoys patient interaction, not just "getting through the schedule".
• Calm, team‑oriented communicator.
• Open to feedback and growth without ego.
