Kohlers Crossing Dental is a private 3 Dr. family and cosmetic dentistry practice serving patients in Kyle, TX, with a focus on long-term oral health and confident smiles. Led by Dr. Paulette Sanford, who has more than 45 years of dental experience and previously worked as a licensed dental hygienist for 17 years, the practice combines clinical expertise with a strong commitment to patient education.

Dr. Sanford is a graduate of the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry and remains active in advanced dental programs to stay current with evolving technologies and procedures. The team’s mission is to treat every patient like family.

The Registered Dental Hygienist will provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services to patients in a family-oriented practice setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing dental prophylaxis, periodontal assessments, scaling and root planing, and assisting in the diagnosis and management of periodontal disease. The role also involves educating patients on oral hygiene techniques, discussing treatment plans and preventive care, and collaborating closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure comprehensive dental care.

• Strong foundation in dentistry and dental care, with the ability to support comprehensive treatment planning and patient education.
• Proficiency in hygiene procedures, including dental prophylaxis and management of periodontal disease.
• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Texas and CPR certification.
• Experience with Diode laser, CBCT, Curodont and Zoom and Obstructive Sleep Apnea is a plus.
• Hours are 7:40 AM TO 3 PM.
• Pay is competitive and DOE.
