Great dental assisting is proactive. It means anticipating the doctor’s needs, protecting the patient’s comfort, and keeping each appointment organized and running smoothly.

Kyle Dental and Braces is looking for an experienced Tier 2 Registered Dental Assistant who takes ownership of their work, brings strong clinical skills to the operatory, and is ready to contribute to a growing practice.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Full-time team members may be eligible for medical, vision, and life insurance, PTO, a 401(k) retirement plan, and in-house dental benefits.

• Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and trays
• Take dental radiographs and maintain accurate patient records
• Assist with temporary crowns and bridges, crown deliveries, night guards, bleaching, and suture removals
• Educate patients and reinforce treatment recommendations
• Complete lab scripts, track cases, and maintain supply inventory
• Support sterilization, infection control, equipment maintenance, and emergency readiness
• Assist with scheduling, daily clinical checklists, and end-of-day procedures
• Train and support newer dental assistants

• Current Texas RDA certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Three to five years of dental assisting experience
• Experience creating temporary crowns and bridges
• Strong chairside skills across a variety of procedures
• Knowledge of radiographs, sterilization, infection control, and clinical documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to take initiative and lead by example
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred
• Experience with orthodontics, Invisalign, dental implants, or iTero scanners is a plus.
