The Lash Lounge® salons in Austin, TX are award‑winning (Austin Statesman & Chronicle 2019 Best of Austin Winner, Austin Chronicle 2021 Finalist & Austin Chronicle 2022 and 2023 Best of Austin Winner) and locally‑owned. We create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes. Our mission is to help every guest look and feel beautiful.

We are seeking experienced Lash Artists who have at least 6 months of lash extension experience and enjoy working with people. Candidates must be able to work independently, be highly motivated, friendly, responsible, and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions.

• Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after‑care products
• Promote products and memberships beneficial to guests
• Perform high quality, professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our referral programs
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

• Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 6+ months of in‑salon experience as a Lash Stylist
• Initiates self‑learning and is comfortable educating clients on products and services offered
• Must work at least one weekend day
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Reliable transportation
