Position: Hospitalist Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – $10K Sign-On | Kyle, TX

At USACS, care teams are fully supported, appropriately staffed, and structured so APPs can focus on patient care without unnecessary administrative burden. Were adding a Hospitalist Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to our team at Ascension Seton Hays in Kyle, Texas.

Practice Highlights:

  • Signing Bonuses up to $10,000 available!
  • Daily Encounters: 27
  • 7-on / 7-off schedule
  • Swing shift schedule (11 AM - 11 PM)
  • Collaborative Physician and APP team model
  • Closed ICU with intensivist support
  • EMR:
    Cerner
  • May qualify for the PSLF program through USACS partnership eligibility

What your practice will look like:

Youll work in a structured hospitalist program with strong Physician and APP collaboration. The model supports efficient workflows, defined roles, and team-based care, allowing for consistent, high-quality inpatient care across a diverse patient population.
