Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Competitive pay: $20.00–22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience.
• $15.00 for each billable client hour worked after completing BT training but before completing RBT certification.
• $14.00/hour for all non-billable training and administrative time.
• Active RBT certification at the time of hire receives a $200 bonus on first paycheck.

• Position type:
  Full‑Time.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; hours vary based on client needs and scheduling.
• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs; hours are not guaranteed.
• Start date:
  
  Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check.

Make a positive and unforgettable impact in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder.

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center‑based and/or home‑based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self‑help skills to children with autism.
• Work one‑on‑one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
