Pay, Benefits & Perks- Competitive pay: $20.00–22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience.
- $15.00 for each billable client hour worked after completing BT training but before completing RBT certification.
- $14.00/hour for all non-billable training and administrative time.
- Active RBT certification at the time of hire receives a $200 bonus on first paycheck.

- Progress through RBT Level 1–4 and Lead RBT with pay increases at each level.
- Position type:
Full‑Time. - Schedule:
Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; hours vary based on client needs and scheduling. - Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs; hours are not guaranteed.

Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check.

What You’ll Do- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center‑based and/or home‑based settings.
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self‑help skills to children with autism.
- Work one‑on‑one or in small group settings with clients.
- Collect and record data to track client progress.
- Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
- Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
- Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
- Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
- Passion for helping children and families.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
