Behavioral Innovations – Kyle Treatment Center is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians and RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy for children with autism. Paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth are provided.
Roles are full-time preferred, with partial hours available; centers operate 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, plus occasional half-day Saturdays. Salary scales from entry level through certified levels, with progression to senior RBT and future BCBA pathways.
