Innovative Therapy Concepts (ITC) is a Physical Therapist owned and operated Therapy Management Organization that was founded by Joe Sapp, PT in 2006. We partner with Texas Orthopedics to manage all therapy operations. We are searching for a Physical Therapist Assistant that is seeking to join an organization that seeks to “Elevate the Experience" as we encounter each patient we serve.
This career opportunity allows for a Physical Therapist Assistant to practice in the outpatient orthopedic setting with the opportunity to treat a variety of surgical and non-operative patients. Exposure to a diverse caseload treating upper and lower extremity as well as spine patients. Therapist will administer treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases, to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability under the supervision of onsite Physical Therapist.

Summary Administers physical therapy treatments to patients, working under direction of and as assistant to Physical Therapist, by performing the following duties.

Administers active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, and heat, light, sound, water, and electrical modality treatments such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, ultraviolet, infrared, and hot and cold packs.
