Job Overview
Estimated Pay Range is $75,000-$85,000. Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services. We are actively recruiting for a passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Kyle area who can partner with us to achieve that mission.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and deliver psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions.
- Help clients define goals, gain insights, and provide personalized, committed care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide care coordination.
- Provide crisis intervention when needed.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records for all patient encounters.
- Use measurement-based care approach to track outcomes and inform care plans.

Flexible, hybrid schedule: most of our Mental Health Therapists work three days a week onsite and two days a week telehealth. You can design your own work schedule, with advance notice of availability for booking. We also offer after‑hours urgent support.
Qualifications- Active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the state of Texas.
- Passion for high‑quality care and desire to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions.
- Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Proficiency in using an EMR system.
- Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
- One year of professional experience doing psychotherapy preferred.
