Responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly as they enter the hotel and assisting with check-in processes.
• Providing information about amenities, area attractions, dining, and transportation.
• Assisting guests with luggage and directing them to their rooms.
• Acting as a liaison between guests and hotel staff to ensure all guest requests are addressed promptly.
• Managing guest inquiries and providing responsive, gracious solutions to issues.
• Maintaining knowledge of hotel events, activities, and hours of operation of hotel outlets and services.
• Anticipating guest needs and providing personalized service that enhances their stay.
