Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator

The Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator supports the mission of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church by ensuring the parish campus is safe, functional, welcoming, and well maintained. This position oversees the day-to-day upkeep of parish buildings, grounds, equipment, and facility systems while supporting church ministries, events, and operations. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance and repairs, coordinating janitorial and facility service vendors, managing maintenance supplies and inventory, maintaining HVAC and access control systems, assisting with event setup and seasonal decorations, and supporting groundskeeping and landscaping activities.

The role requires a commitment to Catholic values, adherence to diocesan safety procedures, flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, and availability for facility-related emergencies. • Participate in staff and parish functions, including religious ceremonies, training sessions, and reflection activities, as directed.
• Maintain the operating condition, appearance, and functionality of all parish buildings, facilities, equipment, offices, workrooms, meeting spaces, kitchens, halls, classrooms, and grounds.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to facilities, equipment, fixtures, and parish property.
• Coordinate and oversee contracted janitorial service providers and other facility-related vendors to ensure timely, quality completion of assigned services.
