Trust Manager

Were looking for an experienced manager who is passionate and knowledgeable about community development and has a proven track record as an effective leader.

Will have proven management and leadership experience and will be familiar with the challenges and rewards involved in community development. You will be an experienced fundraiser with a good knowledge of community development. You will be able to oversee several projects and manage competing priorities as well as providing strong leadership to the staff and building effective relationships with the local community, public agencies, funders, and other stakeholders.

The Trust Manager will be responsible for:

Oversight and timely delivery of all our projects, while ensuring that the overall running of the Trust is effective and efficient.

Supporting the Trustees to continue the path to long term sustainability; organising and administering all trustee meetings and helping to ensure good governance.

Effective staff management, ensuring good all-round communication and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement for all, leading by example.

Identifying fund raising opportunities overseeing funding applications and liaising with funding bodies. Building strong relationships in the community and with other key stakeholders such as public agencies and funders.

Partnership working is key to the long-term success of the Trust and the ability to create and manage partnerships will be crucial.
