What youll achieve
As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.

You will:
Interface directly with customers to coordinate project activities and support issues
Build and review design, functional, technical and/or process documentation
Focus on data collection and analysis of specific issues with internal team
Develop and sustain effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional internal teams Take the first step towards your dream career

Essential Requirements
Entry level position requiring 1 to 2 years of related experience
Organizational and planning skills to coordinate program deliverables
Ability to set priorities and delegate
Analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills Desirable Requirements

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position $56,522.96-$73147.36.
