Company Overview

The role involves ensuring quality packing of carpet tiles, proper separation of colors and styles, and accurate yardage in each box.

• Place proper amount of tiles in boxes according to boxing specifications.
• Ensure tiles are flat and square within the box.
• Stack pallets of carpet tile for bin box shipments when scheduled.
• Check run schedules for special packaging or stack‑off instructions.
• Process boxes through the box machine, ensuring proper sealing without damage.
• Maintain the box machine in a clean and working order.
• Identify quality defects such as short cuts and bevels before boxing.
• Move off‑quality tiles to the reinspection table.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Follow ISO procedures and understand Interface’s sustainability commitment.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Standing throughout an 8–10 hour shift; lifting up to 60 pounds repeatedly.

Non‑climate controlled manufacturing environment.
