PRN Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse

We are looking for an LVN to cover the south Austin area.

We have an exciting opportunity for a PRN Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse to join St. David's Healthcare at Home, part of the nation's leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.

• Providing nursing care in the home, including wound care, medication administration, and support during procedures
• Documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes clearly and thoroughly to support safe, continuous care
• Monitoring patient status and alerting the care team of any changes to ensure timely, coordinated responses
• Educating patients and families to support medication adherence, strengthen understanding of health conditions, and promote greater independence at home
• Collaborating closely with RNs, providers, therapists, and care coordinators to deliver high-quality, personalized care in the home setting

• (LPN/LVN) Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse
• (DL) Driver License
• Vocational School Graduate
