** How you'll make an impact in this role*
* + Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN), following established policies, procedures, and clinical protocols to ensure safe, high-quality care.

+ Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, adjusting interventions to support optimal outcomes and patient recovery.

+ Monitor, document, and communicate patient condition changes to the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

+ Execute physician and nursing orders accurately while maintaining timely, compliant documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR).

+ Assess and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team to ensure safe transitions, continuity of care, and positive patient outcomes.

** What minimum requirements you'll need*
* Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

+ Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

** What additional preferences we're seeking*
* + 1 year previous Telemetry Med-Surg experience preferred.

+ Bachelors in Nursing preferred
