Communi Care Health Centers in Kyle, TX is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver outpatient primary health care under supervision. You will work with a supervising physician and be responsible for examing, diagnosing, and treating patients across all ages as part of a coordinated care team.
The role requires a Master’s Degree in Nursing, current Texas NP licensure, board certification (AANP/ANCC), and BLS. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
