We are seeking an experienced and motivated Veterinarian / Medical Director to join a thriving, modern small animal practice in Kyle, Texas.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside five experienced DVMs with a 2.5:1 vet tech to doctor ratio, in a practice that combines high-quality medicine with a supportive, team-driven culture.

While experience in exotics and medical direction is preferred, it is not essential, making this role ideal for a motivated DVM ready to grow into a leadership position.

Up to $200,000 Base | Small Animal & Exotics | Full-Time with Exceptional Work-Life Balance

• Lead a talented, supportive team while practicing clinical medicine daily.

• Work full time over 4 days within hospital opening times:
  Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM & only occasional Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
• No evening or on-call duties, ensuring excellent work-life balance.

• Base salary: up to $200,000, commensurate with experience.
• 20% production bonus with no negative accrual.
