Client Service Representative

Kyle Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our reception team. The client care team serves as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast‑paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail‑oriented, and committed to contributing to a team‑focused environment.

This is a full‑time position with availability needed Monday‑Friday and rotating Saturdays.

• Compensation: $14‑$18 per hour for each hour worked.

C. Hays Trail, just across from the Plum Creek subdivision in Kyle. Our facility features a fully equipped pharmacy, laboratory, ultrasound suite, dedicated dental room, and surgery suite.
