• Greeting members and prospective members with a warm, professional attitude.
• Conducting studio tours and confidently presenting Club Pilates memberships.
• Building meaningful relationships with both prospective and current members.
• Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals.
• Promptly responding to phone, email, and text inquiries.
• Scheduling introductory classes and following up with leads.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Supporting studio operations to ensure an outstanding member experience.

We’re seeking someone who is passionate, motivated, and customer-focused. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• Required Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

• Comfort working evenings and weekends.
