• Zero marketing spend — no lead buying, no seminars, no advertising costs out of your pocket
• 10–12 pre-set appointments per week with clients who already want to talk about retirement income and annuities
• Full back-office support — a dedicated appointment setter and case manager handle scheduling, paperwork, and case prep
• Exclusive territory — limited advisor slots per state means less internal competition, more room to grow
• Strong six-figure earning potential through a competitive commission structure

• Meet with pre-set, qualified prospects to discuss retirement income, annuities, and protection strategies
• Recommend solutions from a broad lineup of top-rated carriers
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and service
• Partner with an internal support team so your time stays focused on client-facing work

• Active Health & Life insurance license (required)
• Series 65, or Series 7 & 66, or a comparable designation (e.g., ChFC)
• Proven face-to-face, consultative sales success
• Clean U4 (if currently registered)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools
• Willingness to travel within your state to meet clients
