Job Schedule:

Day  Time      Mon  03:15 PM - 11:30 PM    Tue  03:15 PM - 11:30 PM    Sun  03:15 PM - 11:30 PM
What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including documenting events and communicating with site contacts and local law enforcement when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, delivery zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or potential risks, and report concerns according to post orders and Allied Universal protocols.
Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by observing customer and employee activity, addressing security-related concerns, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience, or 5 or more years of armed security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A Level III Armed Security License is required in Texas only.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
