Delivery Driver

About the Role

Domino’s Pizza is seeking delivery drivers to serve our customers with timely and reliable service. As a delivery driver, you will be the face of the brand, ensuring that orders arrive quickly and in excellent condition. Flexible scheduling allows you to fit your work around school, other jobs or personal interests.

• Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record that meets company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Responsible for accurately taking and processing orders, delivering food to customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Should have strong navigational skills for reading maps and identifying addresses within the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers if requested.

• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training and orientation will be provided.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic mathematical ability for handling payments and making accurate change.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Strong motor coordination for handling food deliveries.

• Standing, walking, and occasional climbing of stairs during delivery.
• Carrying up to 30 pounds of food or beverages.
• Operating a small vehicle, driving within a designated area repeatedly during a shift.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, hot surfaces, and occasional dust.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements when preparing or disposing of food.

• Work performed both inside store and outdoors while driving and delivering.
• Temperature shifts from cooler to hot interior areas and outdoor weather.
• Must be able to work under stress while meeting strict quality and customer service standards.

Many team members begin as delivery drivers and progress to management, franchise ownership, or corporate positions within Domino’s.
