Job Description HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Field Technician to drive precise, reliable execution of field installations and system testing, applying strong engineering judgment and hands-on expertise to support mission-focused solutions. Salary for this position will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skill set, while also considering internal equity and market competitiveness. Job Responsibilities
* Execute, track, and document platform integration activities, providing technical leadership for installation efforts and ensuring compliance with engineering, safety, and security standards.
* Design, analyze, and troubleshoot electrical and electronic circuits, wiring schematics, and complex interconnect systems; fabricate harnesses and wiring assemblies as required.
* Conduct hands on installation, integration, and testing of systems, applying engineering principles to adapt standard procedures, resolve technical issues, and ensure system functionality.
* Utilize a broad range of test equipment-including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power systems, and data acquisition systems-to test, measure, and diagnose digital, analog, and RF signal waveforms.
* Draft, review, and maintain technical procedures, engineering documentation, and test plans; assist in developing test procedures and supporting engineering change activities.

Minimum Qualifications
* LEVEL 2 - Associates Degree or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 1 year of related experience; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years related experience.
* LEVEL 3 - Associates Degree or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 3 years of related experience; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years related experience.
* LEVEL 4 - Associates Degree or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 6 years related experience or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years related experience.
* Ability to read, interpret and understand installation work packets, drawings, and schematics.
* Experience working with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power systems.
* Clearance:
Active Secret Clearance.
