Les responsabilités incluent la production de plats, le service au self, et des tâches de nettoyage conformément aux normes haccp. Le candidat idéal possède un CFC de cuisinier ou équivalent, ainsi qu'une formation aux normes haccp et 3 à 5 ans d'expérience. Horaire continu du lundi au vendredi de 06h30 à 15h30, au sein d'une équipe dynamique.
