Accounting Manager, Financial Reporting
Our client is a large, national organization, supporting a diverse customer base across multiple industries. Seeking an Accounting Supervisor to be a key member of the Accounting & Finance team, responsible for overseeing corporate accounting, leading a team of 3, and supporting close and reporting activities.
This role offers broad exposure to the business and is a part of a rotational program allowing for movement and growth opportunities throughout the Accounting & Finance team!
Responsibilities- Lead month-end and year-end close processes and ownership of the general ledger
- Collaborate with FP&A, operations, and leadership
- Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations; investigate and resolve variances
- Perform account analysis and identify trends, risks, and discrepancies
- Analyze subsidiary ledgers and partner with AP, AR, Credit, and other teams
- Lead or contribute to finance-driven projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Spearhead special projects and ad hoc assignments
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2–3 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally straight out of public accounting
- Strong communication skills and a professional, collaborative approach
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
