Job Description:
The Staff Account antis responsible fortheday-to-day management ofaccountsreceivablerecords.
This includes managing our billing processes in accordance withour policies and controls and ensuring customers remit payments promptly.
Performing account reconciliations, close processes, and conducting internal audits are also essential functions of the role.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They bring strong analytical skills, proficiency with accounting systems, and clear, professional communication. This role requires sound judgment and critical thinking to effectively prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy

SALARY$60,000+ depending on experience, in addition to bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
WHAT YOU’LL DOAccounts Receivable
Process and issue invoices and credits to the customer.
Including internal invoicingutilizingthird-party systems (VMS) Vendor Management System.Gathering and compiling necessary documents to complete client invoicing requirements.
Process payments, communicate with customers and arrange paymentplansand maintain records of transactions.
Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, ACH payment setupand reconciling accounts monthly.
Prepare and distribute customer statements on a weekly basis.
Update receivables reporting weekly.
Reconciles processed work by verifying entriesbycomparing system reports to balances.
Work across verticals to investigate and resolve client discrepancies and collection issues.
Assist with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
Assist with
Ad-Hoc reporting.Perform general ledger account analysis and reconciliations including accruals and work-in-progress reporting.
Prepare,reconcile,andassistwith month-end processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degreeand/or threeto five years of related accounting experience.
Proficiencyincore enterprise systems (i.e.O365, Hub Spot & Workday), the ability to learn and effectivelyutilizerole-specific systems and tools.
Aptitude for learning and applying AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies.
High attention to detail, including strong time management, analytical, organizational, and active listening skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDSProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift no more than 15 pounds at a time.
WORK HOURSEvergreen’s core working hours are 9AM – 5 PM Central Time, and most of our internal meetings take place during this time frame.
