In this role, you’ll work closely with vendors, service coworkers, and internal teams to process claims, track payments, and maintain accurate documentation.

If you enjoy problem‑solving, communicating across teams, and keeping processes running smoothly, this role may be a great fit.

What You’ll Do Warranty Claim Processing
  • Work with warranty teams, service technicians, and vendors to ensure all warranty claims are processed accurately and paid promptly.
  • Identify applicable parts and labor for each claim.
  • Follow up with technicians to ensure required parts are returned and documented properly.
  • Review warranty invoices to confirm eligibility and address discrepancies with vendors as needed.
  • Track aging warranty claims and complete collection follow‑ups as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warranty activity.
Documentation & Protocol Support
  • Ensure in‑house warranty procedures meet or exceed vendor standards.
  • Support service coworkers in submitting complete and accurate warranty information, including documentation of work performed, repair order details, and proper handling of failed parts.
What You’ll Bring
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Training or familiarity with Maximo software and vendor‑specific systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of basic contractual agreements, collection practices, and general parts/maintenance concepts.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong customer service mindset, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
