Job Overview

Position:
Inventory Administrative Assistant – Distribution Center (Full Time). Monday‑Thursday 6:00am – 3:00pm;
Friday 6:00am – 12:00pm. 100% on site in our LaCrosse,WI Distribution Center.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Inventory and Customer Service Department.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal team members and external customers.
  • Multi‑task, prioritize, problem‑solve and work independently with a high level of detail.
  • Perform day‑to‑day administrative tasks: answering phone calls, organizing file systems, responding to requests, photocopying, handling mail, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Complete various reports and manage data as needed.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the distribution center.
  • Handle Inventory/Receiving exception reconciliation, RGA processing, Customer Service counts, VMR processing, and SCI reports (Bin Negative, Blocked reports, In Inventory/Not put away).
  • Cross‑train in other Inventory Administrative assignments to provide backup coverage.
  • Promote and maintain a safe, healthy, and injury‑free environment—including proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment, and safe lifting techniques.
  • Assist in building a successful safety culture within the facility.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong time‑management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment under supervision with a high attention to detail.
  • Effective oral and written communication, problem‑solving, basic research, and time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of computers and ability to interact with SAP and Manhattan systems.
  • Experience in data entry, filing, keying, and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments, workload, and generate reports associated with the responsibilities of this position.
