Schedule:
Monday–Friday, daytime hours, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

- Provide LOVE + MEDICINE by delivering exceptional first and last impressions for patients and families
- Partner with providers, clinical staff, and leaders to support patient care and team success
- Help with calendar management, meeting prep, and taking meeting minutes
- A variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- No experience required but clerical or office experience is a plus
- Strong technology, customer service, and scheduling skills preferred
