Store Engineering Development Coordinator/Specialist
Kwik Trip is seeking a Store Engineering Development Coordinator to support construction and facility projects from planning through completion. In this role, you will partner with development managers to coordinate project activities, manage vendor communication, and support financial tracking to ensure projects stay organized, accurate, and on schedule.
What You'll Do
- Support new store construction, remodels, and acquisition projects
- Distribute Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and collect vendor bids
- Track and organize bid information and project data in spreadsheets
- Prepare contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation
- Assist with construction schedules, timelines, and plan coordination
- Review, code, and process invoices for payment
- Verify invoice accuracy including labor, materials, and tax application
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal partners
- Track project costs, budgets, and financial data
- Maintain project files, templates, and vendor records
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- 4 to 6 years of administrative, accounting, or project coordination experience
- Experience supporting construction, engineering, or facilities projects preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Even Better If You Have
- Knowledge of construction processes or terminology
- Experience with systems such as OnBase, Maximo, AS400, Bluebeam, and Autodesk
- Understanding of sales and use tax
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday
