Position: OFFICE/DATA ENTRY CLERK

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Report to the Senior Accountant.
  • Perform data entry of timecards and assist with processing of production employees' payroll. Run payroll program; check proof for accuracy. Refer timecard discrepancies to supervisors.
  • May assist with posting of payroll records weekly.
  • Assist with Production employee checks and direct deposits bi-weekly.
  • Furnish staff with requested payroll and other organizational reports.
  • Assist the Accountant department and front office in entering and maintaining employee payroll and general records for agency billings.
  • Prepare timecard labels & badges.
  • Maintain employee attendance and other company records.
  • Perform receptionist duties part-time, answering telephone and receiving visitors.
  • Ensure that company policies are adhered to in all aspects of the work environment.
  • Establish operating procedures which will foster safe operating practices for all employees and promote adherence to ORC's quality goals in order to increase productivity and minimize loss.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.
