We are seeking a resourceful and self‑motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Office Assistant! If you are proactive and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you!

• Part‑time position (24 hours weekly)
• Hours between 8am‑5pm, Monday‑Friday

• Provide advanced clerical and administrative support across multiple departments using various computer systems and applications.
• Independently research, design, and prepare complex reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
• Manage high‑volume calendar scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for division staff.
• Coordinate divisional projects, educational sessions, and events, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

• Starting wage of $19.05/hour + more with experience

• High school diploma or equivalency and post high school training lasting a minimum of one year in a formal a Business/Computer/Administrative/Secretarial/Office program, training, or course work
• Able to multitask, be organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong computer and technology skills, epic experience is a plus!
