Responsibilities- Complete all repairs and maintenance services outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately while following dealership policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections, test drives, and diagnostic testing using advanced diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and other vehicle components.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors to provide accurate updates and ensure customers are informed of recommended repairs and services.
- Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs and communicate findings clearly.
- Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
- Previous automotive technician experience
- ASE Certification preferred
- Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
- Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
