Product Manager

An established manufacturer within the medical devices sector is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of highly customised medical devices.

Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Clinical Affairs and Operations, you'll lead the full product lifecycle - from identifying unmet customer needs through to product launch, portfolio optimisation and long-term strategy. This is an opportunity to influence products that make a meaningful difference to people's independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of medical device solutions
• Lead Voice of Customer activities with clinicians, dealers and end users
• Define product requirements and support new product development
• Conduct market and competitive analysis
• Develop business cases and commercial strategies
• Manage product launches and lifecycle activities
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Regulatory and Marketing
• Support pricing, forecasting and portfolio decisions

We're interested in speaking with people who have:

• Product Management experience within medical devices
• Full product lifecycle ownership
• Strong commercial and business acumen
• Experience translating customer needs into successful products
• Ability to work cross-functionally across technical and commercial teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience with in orthopaedics, prosthetics, mobility, rehabilitation or other highly configurable medical devices would be particularly attractive.
