Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Training to learn under our Estimator and produce accurate, profitable repair estimates per insurance and company guidelines. You will communicate value to customers and contribute to a high sales close rate.
This role requires a high school diploma/GED, 16 I-CAR units within 12 months, and preferred 4–6 years of related experience, with photo-imaging software experience a plus. Excellent communication is essential.
