Multi-Site EHS Manager II (Fulfillment & Operations

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation at the site, acting as the safety champion.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement practical solutions that protect associates while supporting productivity.
• Lead safety compliance efforts, conduct thorough site audits, and analyze incident trends to target improvements where they matter most.
• Manage the first‑aid program and emergency response capabilities, ensuring immediate care is always available.
• Build relationships and influence positive change across operations, serving as a trusted advisor to balance safety excellence with operational demands.
• Oversee record‑keeping, workplace organization, and WHS training programs.

• Safety Leadership & Innovation – Transform safety culture through leadership and innovative solutions, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and leverage technology and data analytics to prevent incidents.
• Strategic Partnership & Influence – Build partnerships with operations leadership, use data analysis and risk insights to influence strategic decisions, and integrate safety into every business aspect.

• Travel 50‑70% of the time and work various shifts.
• Lift up to 49 pounds; frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Stand or walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in environments with variable noise, temperature, and weather; climb and descend stairs when required.
• Maintain effective care delivery in emergencies and assist emergency response at the site.
• Must obtain adult First Aid, CPR, AED certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 3 weeks of start date if not already certified.

• Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
  • 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
  • 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Preferred Qualifications
  • Distribution Center or Manufacturing EHS experience at a site of at least 250 people.
  • Master’s degree.
  • Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic organization.
  • Certified Safety Professional.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interfacing with site leaders.
  • Ability to develop and implement department goals and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem‑solving ability.

USA, MN, Stewartville – $63,000.00 – $94,600.00 USD annually

USA, WI, La Crosse – $63,000.00 – $94,600.00 USD annually

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
