Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

- Support project managers and superintendents with day‑to‑day project coordination from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control to ensure accurate and timely project information.
- Assist with estimating and preconstruction, including quantity takeoffs and subcontractor/supplier quote solicitation.
- Help develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and coordinate with field teams and subcontractors.
- Participate in jobsite meetings, site walks, punch lists, and turnover to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to project cost tracking, pay applications, and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent construction experience.
- 1–4 years of commercial construction experience (internships and co‑ops considered).
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Proficiency with construction and office software (project management platforms, Bluebeam or similar, and Excel).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to be present on job sites and learn from field leaders.
