Job Summary: As a Construction PM2 you will provide professional oversight of design and construction projects. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and oversight of design, construction and occupancy while meeting appropriate regulatory standards. You will manage projects, collaborate with internal and external customers, evaluate projects against strategic plans, lead multiple projects within scope, quality, time and cost, and implement departmental initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget and oversee design, construction and occupancy stages.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers and partners.
• Evolve departmental initiatives and process improvements.
• Lead multiple projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints to meet customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, facilities management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of progressively responsible experience in design and construction project management.
• Experience in healthcare construction is preferred.
• Licensed Architect or Engineer (preferred).
• PMP certification (desired).

  Onsite in La Crosse, WI Main Campus.
