The Estimator at J.F. Brennan Company performs estimate takeoffs and prepares construction budgets for negotiated and hard-bid projects, developing project costs based on specifications, quantities, materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, production assumptions and anticipated means and methods.
Estimating is collaborative: work with operations, project teams, and suppliers to understand the work, determine safe, efficient methods, and develop a competitive approach to pursuing projects.
