Our agency opened in 2003, and is a close‑knit team of three who work together to serve our customers and community. Before becoming an agent, I worked in underwriting, which gave me a strong understanding of the insurance industry and how to properly help customers protect what matters most.

I’m a second‑generation State Farm agent and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Finance. Insurance has been a big part of my family and professional life, and I take pride in continuing that legacy through our agency. I’m also an active member of the La Crosse Downtown Rotary, where I’ve been involved since 2005. Staying connected with the community and giving back through local organizations is important to me.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kyle Visker, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
